Cooking Up Confidence 4-Part Virtual Cooking Series

This is a 4-part virtual cooking series with CUC Culinary Instructor Megan Jarrett of Wild Roots Farm utilizes FoodShare ingredients that will give you the skills you need to eat healthier and feel confident cooking. Register for any date to be added to the class list. You will have access to all classes on the specified dates.

Each week, we will cook a new recipe utilizing one or more ingredients from the FoodShare boxes and discuss two new cooking skills. We will also cover tips for eating healthier, staying on a budget, reducing waste, cooking with kids, and more!

Frequently asked questions

How do I order a FoodShare box?

FoodShare boxes can be ordered from Ruth's Gleanings the week prior to class. Details will be emailed to participants upon registration. Must be ordered by Thursday afternoon the week prior to class. Information can be found here.

Do I have to order a FoodShare box to participate?

No. Recipes and grocery lists will be sent out before class, so you have the option to purchase your ingredients on your own as well.
