The PAL Food Hub creates a sustainable and equitable food system that provides easy and increased access to local, fresh, healthy food. The Hub works to strengthen our local food system by offering more locally grown food to more people in Spartanburg, and it provides a centralized process where buyers can purchase local food from different farmers.
We work with farmers within a 120-mile radius of Spartanburg County. We source food weekly to bring you fresh, in-season produce, local meats, and locally-prepared shelf stable items.
Purchasing options include à la carte ordering or subscription boxes.
PAL Food Hub acts as an additional market and takes the burden of marketing off of local farmers and producers.
Hickory Nut Gap Meats is a five generation family operated farm that began in 1916. In 2008 the land was put into a conservation easement with the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy.
Nat Bradford maintains the breedline of his family's 170 year old family heirloom, the Bradford watermelon. The farm produces a variety of crops each year, available through the PAL Food Hub.
Cultivated with grains from our earth, and milled daily into fresh flour, NOSH Baking Company makes home-made, local bread – from our table to yours.

Ordering is open from Thursday at 8:30 AM through Sunday at 4:00 PM each week.

We deliver within Spartanburg City limits! If you are inquiring about other locations, please contact us. Deliveries will begin after 12 p.m. on Thursday the following week after you place your order.
